Biography

Jessica Griffin, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She's a professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and the founder of the UMMS Child Trauma Training Center, now known as the Lifeline for Kids and the Resilience Through Relationships Center.

With extensive experience in clinics, hospital settings, schools and family courts, Jessica draws on her specializations in trauma, parenting, relationships, and relational health in her private practice, where she continues to work with individuals, couples, and families.

Jessica is also a renowned public speaker and TV relationship expert. She's been featured in several programs, including the hit show Married at First Sight, and is the author of Relationship Rx: Prescriptions for Lasting Love and Deeper Connection.

Jessica lives in Massachusetts, where she enjoys cooking, fitness, and spending time outdoors with her husband and three children.
