Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older, and may be restricted to residents of certain countries or regions. Employees of Paired, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the relevant social media post. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate platform terms of service, rules, or community guidelines will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen fairly and at random unless otherwise specified. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner details are available upon request. Paired reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and disqualify entries suspected of fraud, automated submission, or breach of these terms.
Notification and Claiming Prizes: Winners will be notified via direct message or comment on the relevant platform within 14 days of the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the original prize is unavailable.
Data Usage: By entering a Competition, participants consent to the use of their name, social media handle, submitted content (e.g. comments, images, videos) for the purposes of:
Announcing winners on our social media platforms
Reposting or featuring content in future Paired social media posts
Including content in promotional emails or paid advertisements
Showcasing winning entries or testimonials on our website or other marketing materials
This usage will always be consistent with the spirit of the original Competition and will not imply endorsement beyond the context of the promotion. Participants will not receive additional compensation for such usage unless explicitly agreed. Personal data will otherwise be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Platform Disclaimer: Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media platforms on which they are run.
Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Competition at any time without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
